I originally met Johanna at an open house where she happily greeted me, notwithstanding I arrived after the end of the open house, and showed me the property. She contacted me shortly thereafter, enquiring whether she could be of further assistance with my search. At the time, I hadn't worked with a broker for a few years and was, in fact, in the market for a new broker. Johanna's follow up and gentle persistence, after meeting her at the open house, prompted me to follow up with her.

Needless to say, a fantastic relationship ensued!

In September I moved in my new home, a lovely condo at Bayview and Sheppard. The location is extremely convenient. The building's management, concierges and neighbors are very friendly and helpful. I feel totally settled in.

I owe all my new found happiness to my agent Johanna Pigeon, a remarkable young woman who handles her job with such professionalism and grace.

We started scouting since May this year. Johanna guided me through each showing with profound knowledge and patience.

When I was finally ready to make a firm offer, Johanna dealt with the other agents with calmness and great courtesy, yet she managed to get me a price within my budget! She even cut in her vacation time on the weekend with her boy friend to help me sail through the paper works. I have always said, behind every successful agent; there is a very easy going man.

I have told Johanna whenever I move again, she will always be the agent I trust my money and future with.
